non-availability of petrol

Toba Tek Singh.Citizens faced here great problem in getting rickshaws for travelling between localities as majority of rickshaws remained off the road due to non-availability of petrol while there were less than routine motorists and motor bikers on roads.All petrol filling stations were closed while few those which were open witnessed long queues of vehicles.There was also shortage of wagons which are run on petrol on the roads to other cities and commuters who to travel to other cities faced shortage of transport as a result.
